Permitting & Filings
We handle the bureaucratic heavy lifting. Our team manages all permit acquisitions and set filings to ensure your project complies with Pinellas County and Florida environmental regulations.
Demolition & Site Prep
If replacing an existing structure: We safely demolish the old dock, removing worn pilings and decking. Using our 8-ton hydraulic dump trailer and marine barge, we haul away all debris to leave a clean slate.
Heavy-Duty Construction
Using our 1,000 lbs. drop hammer and industrial barge, we drive marine-grade pilings to the point of refusal for maximum stability, then frame and deck the structure to your specifications.
Accessories & Final Inspection
We install final touches like boat lifts, bollard mooring slips, piling wraps, and lighting. Once complete, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards of quality.
